Terms & Conditions — bengalbe Player Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and bengalbe. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform. By using bengalbe you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
18+ Players Only
bengalbe is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make deposits, and participate in any game or betting market available on the platform.
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bengalbe. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Fair Play Guarantee
All games available on bengalbe operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Outcomes are not predetermined or influenced by the platform. bengalbe does not manipulate game results under any circumstance.
Mobile Banking Compliance
All deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and SureCash must originate from accounts registered in the player's own verified name. Third-party payment transactions are strictly prohibited and may trigger a compliance review.
Responsible Gaming Tools
bengalbe provides deposit limits, session time-out tools, and self-exclusion options. Players who activate responsible gaming measures are bound by those restrictions and cannot circumvent them by opening a new account or contacting support to override active limits.
Terms Subject to Change
bengalbe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Continued use of bengalbe following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Section 1
General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "the Terms") govern the relationship between bengalbe (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bengalbe website and its associated services.
By accessing the bengalbe platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you accept and agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out herein; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2; and (d) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
These Terms apply to all services offered by bengalbe, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket betting), virtual games, promotional offers, loyalty programs, and customer support interactions. They apply regardless of the device used to access the platform — whether desktop, mobile browser, or any future application.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using bengalbe and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support at support@bengalbe. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing agreement to be bound by the most current version of these Terms at any given time.
bengalbe reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable regulations require prior notification. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to check these Terms regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bengalbe to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
18+ Access to bengalbe is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. bengalbe takes underage gambling extremely seriously and has zero tolerance for violations of this rule.
bengalbe conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to provide valid identification documents before any withdrawal request is processed. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued national identity cards (NID), passports, and other documents as requested by the Platform's compliance team at its discretion.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use bengalbe .com:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of bengalbe or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
- You must not have been previously self-excluded from bengalbe or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion order.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in placing wagers or operating an account on bengalbe.
If bengalbe has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria — including suspicion of underage use — the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, and request documentary proof of eligibility. If proof is not provided within the timeframe specified in the compliance request, the account will be permanently closed and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
bengalbe operates on a responsible gaming basis and actively promotes awareness of problem gambling. The Platform is committed to preventing minors from accessing gambling services and employs technical and procedural safeguards to this end. Players who become aware of underage access to their account must notify bengalbe immediately at support@bengalbe.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services on bengalbe — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form.
You are required to provide, at minimum, the following information at the point of registration:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID).
- A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
- Your date of birth (which must confirm you are 18 or older).
- A strong, unique password of your own choosing.
- Your mobile number linked to your preferred mobile banking wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or SureCash).
You must ensure that all information provided at registration, and at any subsequent point during the lifecycle of your account, remains accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change (including your mobile number, email address, or payment method details), you are responsible for updating your account profile promptly. bengalbe shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold a single registered account on bengalbe. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, bengalbe will close all but the earliest verified account, void any bonuses credited to the duplicate accounts, and may forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bengalbe strongly recommends activating two-step verification (2SV) from your Account Settings to add an additional layer of protection.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bengalbe immediately at support@bengalbe and change your password without delay. bengalbe will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
bengalbe supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bengalbe account balance in real time, subject to successful confirmation from your mobile banking provider. bengalbe charges no processing fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Player. In the event of a technical delay, bengalbe will investigate and manually credit confirmed deposits within 24 hours of the Player raising a support ticket.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to the completion of KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed identity verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed. bengalbe reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used — at any stage of the withdrawal review process.
Withdrawal to the Payment Source: As a security and anti-money laundering (AML) measure, bengalbe requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. For example, funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to the same bKash account. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
The following transaction conditions apply to all Players:
- All payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) must be registered in the Player's own verified name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Deposits made in error (wrong amount, wrong account) must be reported to support@bengalbe within 24 hours. bengalbe cannot guarantee recovery of funds after this window.
- bengalbe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile banking networks beyond its control.
- Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions initiated by the Player without prior notification to bengalbe will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Winnings and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. Currency conversion charges (if any) applied by your bank or card issuer are the Player's responsibility.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
bengalbe offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by bengalbe unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the individual promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account automatically without prior notice.
- Abuse: bengalbe reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, and close accounts where it identifies bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other attempt to circumvent wagering requirements.
bengalbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of a discrepancy between the terms published on a promotional banner or marketing communication and those published on the dedicated promotion terms page, the dedicated promotion terms page shall take precedence.
Section 6
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered Player on bengalbe, you agree to use the platform exclusively for its intended purpose — namely, lawful online gaming entertainment — and to conduct yourself in a manner that is fair, honest, and respectful of other users and the Platform at all times.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bengalbe. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or at any subsequent stage of account use.
- Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such winnings are void and must be returned to bengalbe.
- Engaging in collusion with other players in any game format where such collusion constitutes cheating.
- Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, or any other financial crime.
- Posting, transmitting, or uploading any content — including in live chat or support interactions — that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or in breach of any applicable law.
- Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion order, deposit limit, or account suspension imposed by bengalbe.
- Registering or operating more than one account on bengalbe.
- Accessing bengalbe from any jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
bengalbe employs fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where the Platform identifies a breach, it will act decisively to protect the integrity of its gaming environment and the interests of legitimate players.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
bengalbe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraud or financial crime, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction to do so.
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, bengalbe will notify the Player via their registered email address and outline the nature of the investigation to the extent permissible. The Player will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond and provide clarifying information. bengalbe aims to resolve all account investigations within 14 business days of initiation, subject to the complexity of the matter and the Player's cooperation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support@bengalbe with a formal account closure request. Upon voluntary closure:
- Any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Active bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
- The account will be deactivated and access to historical betting records and transaction history will be retained by bengalbe in accordance with its data retention policy.
Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to review the Responsible Gaming page for information on the available tools and support resources. Self-excluded players must not attempt to open a new account on bengalbe during the exclusion period, and any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
bengalbe provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure that its services are available continuously, accurately, and without interruption, bengalbe does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or security vulnerabilities at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bengalbe shall not be liable to any Player for:
- Any loss of profit, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, even if bengalbe has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on any content, information, odds, or data displayed on the platform, which may be subject to error or delay.
- Any losses arising from interruptions to third-party payment services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Any loss caused by a Player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken.
In all circumstances where bengalbe is found liable to a Player, the Platform's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of bengalbe, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through the bengalbe support team should be escalated formally by writing to support@bengalbe with the subject line "Formal Dispute".
